What We Build

Three disciplines.
One way of working.

Pindorama Tecnologia operates across three interconnected fronts — a vertical SaaS product for law firms, bespoke automation and AI integration for businesses of any sector, and practical AI training programmes for professional teams. Different deliverables, the same foundational principle: understand the real work first, then build the right tool.

Our Service Lines

Technology that fits into the way people already work.

We did not begin with a product roadmap drawn on a whiteboard. We began inside a law firm — learning how real professionals spend their days, where time disappears, what genuinely causes mistakes, and which decisions must always stay with a human being. That origin shapes everything we make.

The result is three service lines that share a common method: deep observation of the actual workflow before a single line of code is written, and a deliberate preference for tools that make skilled people more capable rather than tools that attempt to replace them.

All three lines are built on Brazilian infrastructure, engineered with LGPD compliance from the ground up, and delivered by a team based in Santa Catarina.

Methodology

Method before the tool

Every engagement starts with listening. We map your real workflow — the bottlenecks, the handoffs, the moments where something inevitably slips — before proposing any technology. The outcome is automation that feels natural, not software that demands workarounds.

Data sovereignty

Your data stays in Brazil

Sensitive professional data — client records, case files, business information — belongs under your control, on infrastructure subject to Brazilian law. Every product and integration we deliver is designed with this principle from day one, not retrofitted after the fact.

Pirilampo

Pirilampo is a purpose-built AI assistant for law firms. It was conceived not from a market gap study but from months of working alongside lawyers — watching how client enquiries arrive at all hours, how case information gets scattered across inboxes and notebooks, and how administrative overhead quietly erodes the time available for legal work that only a qualified professional can do.

The system operates inside the firm's existing WhatsApp channel. From the client's perspective the experience is seamless and responsive. From the lawyer's perspective, every case arrives already organised, every deadline flagged, every document accounted for — leaving the professional free to apply their expertise where it matters.

💬

Around-the-clock client intake

Responds to new client messages on WhatsApp at any hour, always identifying itself clearly as an AI assistant. Gathers the information the firm needs to assess and open a case — without the client ever feeling they are filling out a form.

📂

Unified case and document organisation

Structures incoming information into a single, searchable panel — case details, client records, uploaded documents, correspondence history, and procedural deadlines — so the team always knows where things stand.

⏱️

Deadline and workflow tracking

Monitors procedural timelines and surfaces upcoming deadlines before they become urgent, giving the legal team the visibility to plan rather than react.

🔀

Smooth escalation to a human

The moment a client asks to speak with a person — or the system detects that a conversation requires professional judgement — the handoff happens cleanly, with full context preserved for the lawyer picking it up.

🔒

Brazilian-hosted, LGPD-compliant infrastructure

Client data and case files remain on servers in Brazil throughout. The architecture was designed around attorney-client privilege and the LGPD from the first commit, not adapted later to meet compliance requirements.

Business Outcome

Law firms using Pirilampo reclaim the hours previously spent on intake calls, follow-up messages, and administrative filing — and redirect them to billable legal work. Client experience improves because response times improve. The lawyer's authority over every consequential decision is preserved absolutely.

Currently in pre-launch. Pirilampo is not yet open for general subscription. Onboarding is by invitation, in small cohorts, so that every firm receives a properly guided activation. If you would like to be considered for an early cohort, get in touch and we will reach out when your place becomes available.

Automation & Applied AI

Not every organisation needs a vertical product — sometimes what's needed is a carefully designed intervention in an existing workflow. This is where our applied AI practice comes in: we design, build and integrate automation that is shaped precisely around what your team actually does, the systems you already use, and the compliance context you operate in.

AI handles the repetitive, rule-bound work — classification, routing, data entry, status updates, routine communications — at a speed and consistency no team can match. Your people handle the work that genuinely requires human judgement, professional accountability, or relationships. The result is not headcount reduction; it is headcount redeployment toward higher-value activity.

What Changes in Practice

Response times compress from hours to seconds on routine enquiries. Administrative backlogs clear. Staff capacity shifts toward the work that generates real value. And because every automation is built with a deliberate escalation point, your team's authority over complex or sensitive decisions is never bypassed — it's protected.

AI Training Programmes

AI tools are proliferating faster than organisations can absorb them. The result is a predictable pattern: a few enthusiasts push boundaries while the majority of the team watches from the sidelines, uncertain what is safe, what is useful, and what is hype. Our training programmes exist to close that gap — not with theoretical lectures, but with structured, hands-on sessions tied directly to the work your team does every day.

We write our own curriculum. Every programme begins with an audit of the team's actual tools, tasks and workflows, so examples and exercises use familiar territory rather than abstract scenarios. Participants leave knowing how to use AI confidently, safely, and within the regulatory and ethical constraints of their profession — without needing to become technologists.

1

Diagnostic: what does your team actually need?

We map the team's current workflow, existing tools, technical confidence levels and the specific tasks where AI could add the most immediate value. The programme is then tailored accordingly.

2

Foundations: how AI tools actually work

A plain-language introduction to large language models, generative AI and automation — what they can reliably do, where they fail, and why blindly trusting their output is a professional risk. No jargon, no unnecessary depth.

3

Applied practice: real tasks, real tools

Hands-on sessions using the team's own documents and workflows. Participants practise writing effective prompts, evaluating AI output critically, and integrating AI assistance into their daily routines without creating new risks.

4

Safety and compliance in professional contexts

LGPD obligations, data handling when using external AI services, confidentiality risks, and how to build internal guidelines that protect the organisation and its clients.

5

Follow-up and continued support

A structured check-in after 30 days to address questions that arise from practice, refine internal processes, and identify the next step in the team's AI capability journey.

The Outcome

Professionals who know which AI tools to trust for which tasks, how to protect their clients' data while using them, and how to produce better work in less time. Organisations that have a coherent, practical internal policy on AI use rather than a policy vacuum waiting to become a liability.

What participants say they needed

"How do I know when to trust what the AI tells me, and when not to?"
"Can I use ChatGPT with client data? Is that legal under LGPD?"
"My team is using AI ad hoc — how do I standardise it without banning it?"
"I understand AI is important — I just don't know where to start."
How We Work

Principles that apply to everything we build.

01

Understand the real work

We observe before we build. Every engagement starts with time spent understanding the actual workflow — not the workflow as it appears in a process diagram, but the one that happens in practice, with all its workarounds and informal steps.

02

Data in the right place

Sensitive data — whether it belongs to your clients, your patients, or your company — is not an asset to be harvested. We design every system so that data remains under the control of the person or organisation that owns it, on infrastructure in Brazil.

03

AI supports; people decide

The professional who signs a document, makes a clinical recommendation, or gives advice to a client must be the one who makes those calls. AI handles speed and scale. Human beings handle accountability. We design for that distinction deliberately.

04

No magic — only measure

We do not promise transformations. We promise measurable improvement in specific, agreed areas — faster intake, fewer missed deadlines, less time on administrative tasks. If we cannot define what success looks like before we start, we will not start.
